What materials are used in the 11th gen civic rear diffuser gt style?
so, i was just chillin’ in my garage last weekend, looking at my 11th gen civic, and I realized how much I love that GT style rear diffuser. I mean, it just looks so mean and sporty. But then I started thinking… what even is it made of?
I heard it’s usually some kinda ABS plastic or maybe fiberglass, but like, does it really matter? Because it looks cool, right? And I think it can hold up pretty well if you’re not hitting every speed bump like you’re in a rally car.
Have you guys ever installed one? My buddy said it was super easy. But I’m just curious about how durable it is. Like, is it gonna crack if I accidentally scrape it? Anyway, I just wanna make sure I’m not gonna regret my choices.
I ve been looking into the 11th gen civic rear diffuser gt style and its materials are pretty interesting It seems like most of em are high quality plastic and some carbon fiber pieces
Been in Canada all my life and I think it really adds a sporty touch plus it helps with aerodynamics which is a bonus for us highway drivers in the summer

I ve seen some cool setups with the 11th gen Civic rear diffusers in my buddy’s garage in Toronto. They’re usually made from a mix of ABS plastic and sometimes carbon fiber which gives it that sporty edge. Looks sleek on any color.
Some folks are all about that GT style though not everyone digs the aggressive vibe. I think it adds character but to each their own.
i’ve seen some 11th gens cruising around here in Vancouver and that gt style rear diffuser really catches the eye honestly it makes the car look way more aggressive
as for materials I think they use plastic and maybe some fiberglass gives it that lightweight feel but dont quote me on that
either way it definitely adds a sporty touch to the civic regardless of the materials used
I remember when I first saw the 11th gen civic rear diffuser gt style in my buddy’s driveway in California I was like wow that’s slick.

Pretty cool how they can enhance the look while keeping it lightweight.
Saw a buddy’s 11th gen Civic with that GT style rear diffuser last week in Toronto. Looked cool but I heard it’s mostly plastic and maybe some light carbon fiber pieces.
I’ve been tweaking my own ride and can say plastic can be hit or miss. Sometimes it feels cheap but then again it’s light.
Hope it holds up on the track or the street.
I’ve seen a lot of buzz about the 11th gen Civic rear diffuser in GT style. Seems like they’re using a mix of lightweight plastic and maybe some carbon fiber for added flair.

I ve seen some of these diffusers on the road here in California and they seem pretty cool.
I think they use a mix of ABS plastic and maybe some lightweight composites I guess.
Definitely adds a sporty touch to the rear end but not everyone is into the GT style.
Kinda makes my Civic feel old now.
I’ve seen some sick 11th gen civics with those gt style diffusers and it just adds that aggressive look. I was in a car show in California and some dude had this sweet carbon fiber one that totally caught my eye. The materials used really make a difference in weight and performance tho can’t overlook that. Just looks so good on the road.
I remember when I got my hands on the 11th gen Civic in Ontario it felt like a game changer then I started looking into upgrades. The rear diffuser is said to be made of ABS plastic which is pretty common these days.

I ve always loved how the GT style diffusers look on the 11th gen civic. I saw one at a local meet in Toronto and it totally stood out.
Seems like most use abs plastic right so it can handle some wear and tear. Pretty cool design though.
