What is the recommended oil type for 2016 Mazda CX-5?

I’ve had my 2016 Mazda CX-5 in Ohio, and my buddy swore by using fully synthetic oil for smooth runs. Keeps it purring like a kitten, even in chilly mornings. Definitely worth the splurge for peace of mind! :red_car::dash:

I’ve got a 2016 Mazda CX-5 in Toronto, and it runs smooth on 0W-20 synthetic oil. My mechanic says it’s all about keeping things light and slick, especially with the crazy weather swings here—so far so good, yeah? My drive’s never been slicker! :metal:

I’ve got a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and I’m from Toronto. Heard from a buddy the dealer always recommends 0W-20 oil for it. Made a switch last summer, and it runs smooth as butter. Keeps the engine happy, nothin’ else works as well in the cold Canadian winters. Just make sure whatever you use meets Mazda’s specs!

I’ve got a 2016 Mazda CX-5 here in Canada, and I always go for synthetic oil, man. Dealer always push it too. Synthetic’s like top-notch for the engine, especially with the way we drive here in the winter. I’ve heard plenty say full synthetic is sweet for performance and longevity. It’s a solid choice, I’ve found, keeps my engine purring smooth like a cat. Sure, it costs more, but hey, it’s worth it in the end!

I’ve been drivin’ my 2016 Mazda CX-5 up in CA for a couple years now, and kickin’ it with synthetic oil is the way to go. Noticed a smoother ride and better gas mileage after switching. Folks around the CS, Oregon kinda streaem still sticking to conventional, but since twe get some wild weather here, synthetic keeps the engine chill. Anyone else switched already? Curious about their thoughts and experiences!
