So, i got my 2017 Chevy Equinox and was curious about how it does with gas mileage. My buddy’s got the same car and he told me it gets around 27-29 mpg in the city. Highway, it goes up to 34 mpg, he says. But what about real life? I live in a busy city, so i usually get like 25-26 mpg. Are there any tricks to get more? i tried keeping the speed steady and doing less stop n go. What about you? How does your equinox do? Let me know if you got some tips, maybe its just the traffic here. Not sure why i get less, could be the hills? or maybe it’s me…
I’ve got a 2017 Chevy Equinox in Southern California, and it averages about 29 mpg combined in my daily commute. Pretty decent fuel mileage, especially since I’ve noticed a few missed beats on the highway. You know, for a midsize SUV! Best thing might be the highway efficiency.
I’ve been shreddin’ the road with my 2017 Chevy Equinox in Denver. Gets around 25-28 mpg in city driving, not bad for munching gas in the US. Heading hella far, it’s clutch! But take my word for it, highways drain it more. What’s your story?
I had a 2017 Chevy Equinox in OKC, and it gulped gas like crazy, getting maybe like 25 mpg city. My buddy, though, said his got closer to 30 in mostly highway driving. Depend on how you ride! U always tradein for newer models?
I spent hours drive from Boston to Toronto in my '17 Chevy Equinox, and was pleasantly suprised at the gas milage. I’ve been getting around 28-30 mpg, even with some uphill driving. Not bad at all! Beats some gas guzzlers I’ve tried. Definitely a solid compact SUV choice in the States.
In NorCal, I’ve been cruisin’ with my 2017 Chevy Equinox for a year now. I have it for my daily commute, and the gas mileage’s pretty solid, more like 28 mpg city and around 34 on the highway. Definitely a decent cruiser, ya know? Friends raving ‘bout their newer models, but I’ve got none of those fancy hybrids. Think this ol’ beast still rocks for the mileage. Plus, the ride’s super comfy – a win-win!
Up in chilly Toronto, I’ve been drivin’ my 2017 Chevy Equinox for a while now. I’ve seen some decent gas mileage, around 28-32 mpg when city driving, and it jumps a bit on the highway. Not exactly rocket fuel efficiency but not too shabby either. Local traffic’s rough, so it can dip but overall, I’m happy with it. Maybe longer drives help it hit the top end? It’s all about keepin’ the speed steady!
I’ve been drivin’ my 2017 Chevy Equinox ‘round LA and gettin’ around 23-27 mpg city. A bit better highway, liked how it handles, still decent for the truck. Not bad considering traffic!
I remember finally getting my '17 Chevy Equinox, yeah it was in Michigan. I get around 25mpg on the highway which ain’t bad at all, call it 23 in the city tho. It’s solid for my daily errands, especially when gas prices creep up. Neighbors with the new models think its a little under par but for city driving it’s just the right balance. Just fits our lifestyle, you know?
I’ve been driving my '17 Chevy Equinox up in Toronto, and it gets like 26 mpg on the highway. I’ve been loving those long road trips without much worry over gas pumps. Definitely beats my old ride!
I’ve been drivin’ a 2017 Chevy Equinox up n down California for work lately. It’s been pretty solid with the gas mileage, averaging around 25 mpg in the city and hitting about 33 on the highway. Parking spots tho, are a bit tricky! I’ve noticed busy traffic can knock the mileage down, but otherwise, it’s cruising smooth. Lot’s of drivers love its efficiency, but my buddy claims it’s ‘meh’ compared to his old hatchback. Worth it, if ya ask me!
I’ve got a '17 Chevy Equinox in Seattle, WA. Gas mileage’s solid — avg around 28 mpg city, 36 on the highway. Runs smooth, barely eats gas. Colder up here but she’s still pretty efficient. Not bad for a suburban highway hauler! You know what I mean?
I’ve always been into vehicles with good fuel efficiency, especially since I live in Toronto. My buddy just got a 2017 Chevy Equinox, and from what I’ve gathered, it’s got decent MPG—around 30 city and 38 highway. Not the best but what you’d expect, ya know? Good for city driving, but if you’re hitting the long road often, might wanna consider something else. He’s happy though—says it’s super roomy and fun to drive!
I’ve got a 2017 Chevy Equinox and I live out in New Jersey. The first few years, I was really surprised by the gas mileage. I got about 28 mpg in the city, which is decent, but highway miles can push closer to 34 mpg. My buddy in Toronto swears theirs goes miles further, must be all those flat stretches! It changed how I view fuel efficiency - like it’s one of those things that can totally surprise you!
I’ve been driving a 2017 Chevy Equinox up and down the hills of Colorado for a bit now, and the gas mileage’s pretty solid—around 27 mpg in the city and hitting 35 on the highway. My buddy from Toronto got one too, and he’s getting similar numbers. It’s a real champ on long road trips, trust me! I’ve never had to stop and gas up so often, which is sweet considering gas prices these days.
I’ve been driving my 2017 Chevy Equinox around Chicago, and let me tell ya, the gas mileage is solid. I’ve found that it gets around 30 mpg on the highway and about 25 mpg in the city, but that really depends on your driving style. My buddy in Toronto said his gets a bit less cause of the weather up there. All in all, feels like a good hybrid for those long road trips without havin to stop for gas every time. Stuff like this really makes daily commutes a lot easier, ya know?
