so i just got myself a new nissan altima and i’ve been thinkin’ what’s the average gas mileage for this car? i mean i heard it’s not too shabby right but i don’t want to be fooled.
my friend tried one and said he gets like 30 mpg in the city and about 39 on the highway when he drives nice and steady. do you think that’s good? i mean, like, for a 4-door sedan? he says so but i wonder how much tall drives and stuff play a role.
i always thought hybrids were the best for mileage right but this altima seems decent enough for a regular gas car. anyone else driving one have different mileage numbers?
I’m not sure but i wonder, does the gas mileage change much if you’ve got the sunroof or a couple of passengers in the car? some people say it might drop a bit because of the load and stuff. NS what do you guys think? have any tips to keep it efficient? also do you think the new models are any better in terms of gas?
I remember this one time when I traded up for a Nissan Altima and was concerned about how it’d handle on gas. Living in sunny California, every extra mile coz the price is nuts! Turns out, the average gas mileage’s around 30 mpg combined city and highway. Not bad at all! My buddy got 34 mpg on his, he’s in Toronto, eh? Anyway, it’s a decent ride when you factor the sitch with gas prices in North America. Really impressed with the mileage given it’s a midsize sedan!
I ve got a Nissan Altima here in Vancouver and it does pretty well in the mileage department. I have it for about a year now, gets around 30 mpg in the city, a bit more on the highway. Not too shabby, especially for a full-size sedan. My buddy in Seattle says his zips past mine, close to 35. Variations seem normal though. Once bought regular gas, bumped it over 30 miles a gallon—felt pretty good!
I’ve owned an Altima in Seattle and it’s solid, averaging around 30 mpg in the city. My buddy in Toronto says he gets bout 35 mpg on highways, which ain’t bad for a sedan! The efficiency really does help with the wallet, especially with gas prices!
I’ve been driving my Nissan Altima around Los Angeles for years, and it’s been solid. I’ve found it clocks in around 29 to 34 mpg depending on driving conditions. On highways, it cruises around 36 mpg, which is pretty decent for city traffic too. My friend in Toronto mentioned his Altima averages a bit less, so maybe it’s the city vibes, right? But all in all, it’s a reliable mile-muncher that’s kept my wallet happy!
I’ve been driving a Nissan Altima in Seattle for years, and I’ve gotten around 30-35 mpg on the highway. My buddy in Toronto says he’s hitting about the same numbers! It’s a sweet ride with decent gas economics, especially for city and highway cruising!
I’ve been driving a Nissan Altima in Seattle for a while now, and it’s been a solid ride. I’ve seen average gas mileage around 30 mpg city, 39 highway. Some folks here tell me it’s dependin’ on how you drive, yeah? Maybe drivin’ smooth is key, but yah, it’s a decent car overall if ya ask me.
I’ve been driving my '15 Altima up and down the West Coast, and it’s been north of 30 mpg mostly. My friend in Canada says his cruises around the same, even with the colder temps. Always gets decent miles, right? Just living that fuel efficient life!

I’ve had my Nissan Altima for a while here in Canada, and it’s been giving me great gas mileage. Most folks say around 30 mpg in the city, but I’ve hit 35 on highway trips! It’s a sweet deal, especially with gas prices being what they are. Definitely beats other cars I’ve driven. Y’all think you get that mileage?
I’ve driven an Altima up north in Toronto, and it’s done well around 28 mpg on the highway—pretty decent mileage, huh? City driving drops it to like 22. It’s a chill cruiser, gets the job done without guzzling too much gas. Folks here love it for being steady an’ reliable.

I’ve driven a Nissan Altima in the US for a few years, and it’s been a solid performer! Usually clocks in around 30-32 mpg in the city, which is pretty decent, and gets up to 40 mpg on the highway. My buddy in Canada mentioned his got a tad better mpg, probably cuz of the longer drives on there. Really appreciate the balance between power and efficiency – keeps me stress-free on those long trips without too much fuel drama!
I’ve been driving a Nissan Altima up here in Canada, and it’s been pretty solid. Around town, I’ve been hitting like 30 mpg, but on the highway, I’ve seen it climb up to 40. It’s dependable and doesn’t flirt too much with the gas pump. How’s yours holding up?

I’ve got a '16 Nissan Altima and live up in Maine. The EPA says it averages around 30 mpg city, 39 highway. Personally, I’m hitting closer to 32/38, which is solid, especially for a midsize sedan. Found it to be pretty fuel efficient especially when I’m road-tripping to places like the Marblehead Light. Not too shabby for everyday driving around. Definitely worth it for me!
