What are the best Nissan Frontier models under 20k?

searching for a nissan frontier under 20k? i got one straight from 2014. drove it for a couple of years, no issues! it’s a bit of a ratty but still runs smooth. had to swap out a belt once, but that’s about it. fuel’s decent too. you might wanna check out late 2012 models too - a buddy of mine snagged one for 18k, decent shape, no major problems. might wanna ask the owner about any fixes they did. and dont forget to test drive! a few friends had issues with the infotainment system in some older models

anyone else got some experiences with these vintage frontiers? what models should i steer clear from?

I’ve bumped into folks praising the 2016 XL for its reliability and grown yet. Seems it’s a hidden gem if you spot one. Easy to modify too. Definitely not a bad choice!

In Seattle, I’ve eyed the Frontier Crew Cab models under 20k. Rusty door handles aside, they rock coz they’re reliable workhorses. Base trims won’t wow ya, but they get jobs done. And the mileage? Surprisingly not trash if ya keep up with the maintenance. Remember, cheap ain’t always meant for racing ha ha

I’ve got my eyes on these Nissan Frontier under 20k! Growing up in Texas, had an '02 model my bro used for off-roading adventures – solid as heck. I’ve seen a couple of those ‘11 ones, looks clean and all, no rust issues in the Midwest. If you want a truck that’s not gonna break da bank, reckon these are ace for work and a little play. Just gotta check em’ out in person, y’know, can’t miss things driving down from Canada!

In Phoenix, I had this trusty 2015 Frontier. I’ve seen them go for under 20k. Great for hauling gear on trails. Super reliable, even though folks say they’re low on features. I’ve seen some solid Nissan Frontier models under 20k around Texas. The 2015 model shines, especially with low miles. I’ve driven one and, dude, it handles rough roads like a champ. I’ve owned a few Frontier models here in Ontario, and the 2013 one I’ve got was a steal under 20k. Surprisingly good ride for the price, though it’s got its quirks. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for something reliable yet sporty.

Growing up in Texas, my pops had an old Nissan Frontier—real reliable, y’know? In terms of the best models under 20k, look out for 2010-2012 models. Solid V6, decent mpg, kinda like a workhorse but still a smooth ride. If you find one with minimal rust and recent service history, that’s gold. Friends in Canada are eyein’ them too, says bugs n’ cold weather ain’t beastin’ them nearly as much as other SUVs. Just keep an eye out for their mostly reliable history.
