so i had a 2011 nissan sentra and there were a few issues. first, the engine light came on like all the time, even after i changed the spark plugs. and the AC wasn’t working lol, had to get that fixed pretty quick. also, ppl say the brakes are a bit sketchy? my friend had to replace the rotors once. and oh, the car sometimes just wouldn’t start in the mornings
.
anyone else have these probs?
and the radio, my kid kept tryin to change it and it went kaput. got a new one tho. anyone else dealing with this kinda stuff? just curious.
I’ve had a 2011 Nissan Sentra in Austin, Texas, and it’s been a mixed bag! Good mileage, but those starters? Weak sauce. And trust me, the brakes needed a major checkup real fast. It’s all about maintenance if ya want it to last. Didn’t feel like upgrading yet, 'cause its ride is kinda chill compared to other cars that age. Keep it service-d up!
I’ve got a 2011 Nissan Sentra in Toronto, and guess what? The AC’s been spaz out on me a bunch. Totally laughed when the battery died like, right after I stopped for some Tim Hortons coffee. People say the interior plastics kinda look cheap, and yeah, agreed! At least the front seats are decently comfy. Just keep an eye on that tranny fluid level, or it’ll have you fussin’ more than you wanna.
I’ve got a 2011 Sentra in Texas, and it’s been a ride! Electrical gremlins are a pain—my stereo would randomly turn off. Plus, had some heater troubles. And if you ain’t careful with maintenance, rust can creep up on ya. Overall, decent car if you’re mindful of the quirks!
I’ve had a couple of issues with my 2011 Nissan Sentra here in California. The check engine light keeps flickering for no reason, and the AC went kaput in the middle of summer—total bummer. Heard similar complaints from other folks around here. Battery woes too; mine died on me twice within a year. Anyone else getting headaches with theirs? Sentra’s comfy but feeling the frustration lately!
I’ve got a 2011 Nissan Sentra here in Toronto—it started acting up after the oil change. Oil leaks by the engine are super annoying. Decent ride otherwise, but that drip’s a total bummer. Anyone else dealing with this?
I’ve had my fair share with the 2011 Nissan Sentra around Atlanta. Noticed it sounds like a tractor on startup and the AC kicked the bucket in winter. You heard about the dying battery issues too? Parked and bam, won’t start. Made life a bit of a hustle, but it’s kinda reliable otherwise.
I’ve got an '11 Sentra and lemme tell ya, it’s not all smooth cruising. Living in LA, the AC has been a real drama, just can’t seem to stay on when needed. Throttle issues too, sometimes feels like I have to play pedal pusher to keep it moving. The leather’s peeling like a bad sunburn. But hey, it’s a ride, right? Fuel efficiency is decent, so can’t complain too hard. Just gotta keep on top of these quirks!
I’ve got a 2011 Sentra up here in Ontario. Had a decent run, but yeah, it’s been nagging me with some recalls, especially on the steering and suspensions. Also, the CVT does sound like a bag of cats sometimes. Had to replace the serpentine belt more than once. Aside from those glitches, it’s been alright. Seem like a few of you have the same gripes though!
I’ve had my fair share with a Nissan Sentra 2011 here in Toronto. Hit a rough patch with the A/C not working right about two summers ago, which was a real pain during those hot Canada days! Also, had issues with the transmission feeling weird at times, like it was hesitant when shifting gears. Friends warned me about the oil burning out faster than a box of matches; they weren’t kidding! Keep an eye on it if you’re in the same boat. Some quirks, for sure!
I’ve had a 2011 Nissan Sentra in Texas—pretty decent car but ain’t perfect. Oil leaks and that AC like a broken icebox. Dealership visits on freckly dollars, ugh! Had a buddy dealing with the starter acting up, too. Stayin’ cautious when fixin’ costs stack up.
In NYC, I’ve faced frequent issues with the AC and the battery died on me lots. Some R/CVATs seem sketchy too. Not gonna touch another one anytime soon!
I’ve got a 2011 Sentra in Texas and let me tell ya, it’s been a mixed bag! Mostly reliable, but the AC went kaput last summer—left me baking in dead runs! And you wouldn’t believe the tail lights; just conked out. Brakes squeak at times too, but overall, it’s still cruising strong. These little hiccups, man, you just expect with an older ride, right?
I’ve had my Nissan Sentra 2011 since I moved to Toronto, Canada, and while it’s mostly been a reliable ride, the AC’s been acting up a lot! And man, those bushings in the suspension are gon’ give you gip if you’re not careful.
I’ve had my 2011 Nissan Sentra for a few years in Canada. Weird transmission issues, feels like it hesitates going through gears. AC always acts up in summer time too, super annoying. Hope yours don’t give you as much grief!
Driving my 2011 Nissan Sentra in Texas, I’ve noticed a few quirks. The transmission’s been shaky, often hopping gears unexpectedly. Also, the brake system has a mind of its own - causes some real heart-skipping moments! I’ve caught some rattles and creaks too. Battery issues seem common too, might wanna check yours often. Generally, it’s solid, but these hiccups can get annoying after a while. Still, for the price, it’s hard to beat - anyone else feelin’ this?
