I’ve had issues with my 2016 Acura ILX in Toronto — weird engine light problems and paint fading real fast. Wasn’t expecting this when I bought it last summer. Anyone face same here in USA?

I’ve had my 2016 Acura ILX in Texas, and gotta say, the tranny can be a real pain. I’ve heard from other folks in the USA, and it seems the AC sometimes goes kaput in hot weather. Dashboard warnings pop up outta nowhere too. It’s okay for a city ride, but you gotta watch out for those issues. Remedies on forums say belt tension could be the culprit, though!

I’ve owned a 2016 Acura ILX in Toronto, and yah, it’s been a mixed bag. The suspension can be super bumpy, especially on potholes, kinda feels like you’re on a washing machine. Sounds a bit tinny and rattles when going over speed bumps too. But man, the ride was super smooth otherwise, I’ve had no ABS issues which I’ve heard some complain about. Still, the interior got super dirty real quick, even with regular cleaning. Worth it for the looks tho, you know?

I’ve got an ILX 2016 in Texas and man, the AC has been a pain. Freezes up in the summer heat, you know? Also had a recall on the driver’s airbag, kinda scary. Still, cool design but jeez, these issues.

I’ve owned a 2016 Acura ILX in Texas and boy, let me tell ya, targeting transmission problems was a major hassle. Frequent slipping is a real headache, plus the drivers seat track issues are super irritating. Air conditioning probs hit hard in the summer, making drives kinda miserable. It’s a sleek ride but dealing with these bugs, under warranty or not, can really test your patience. Despite that, it’s got a sweet look and decent sporty feel if ya ask me.

I’ve got a 2016 Acura ILX here in Toronto and it’s been a mixed bag. Started off smooth but now it’s like the engine shakes more than my grandma’s old record player. Also, the transmission’s been acting up, hesitating before shifting gears. I heard folks mentioning AC issues too. Still, handling is top-notch, but these glitches are a real pain, y’know?

I’ve had a 2016 Acura ILX in Canada and it’s been mostly smooth, but there are a few issues. First off, the check engine light pops up more than I’d like, likely the engine mounts, people say. The turbo can get loud too; feels like you’re at a concert when you step on it hard. Then there’s the infotainment system—it’s a real bear, freezes often. Can’t say it’s all bad, but it needs some TLC!

I’ve found a few things about the 2016 Acura ILX. I’ve got one from Chicago, and the steering can be a bit sloppy, especially in the rain. Once, a friend in Toronto mentioned their clutch was acting up after a year. Despite the peppy engine, the ride feels a bit harsh over city bumps. But hey, it’s sporty, right? Driving fun though annoying quirks!

I’ve got a 2016 Acura ILX in Toronto and gotta say, the transmission issues really got me bugged. Hear folks complainin’ bout the heat in summer too, makes you wanna swap seats with the AC vent! Also, Bluetooth misbehaves sometimes - gets me switchin’ back to radio. Heard others ain’t havin’ the greatest luck with their hybrids. #ILXtalk

I’ve got an ILX in Canada, and battery issues were my bane—had to swap it twice in a year. The brakes felt weird too, my buddy said it chewed pads fast. Service dept always busy, drives me nuts. Handles well otherwise, though! #ILXlife

I have this 2016 Acura ILX in Toronto and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. I’ve heard folks talking ‘bout the obnoxious rear hatch issue - mine’s dodged that bullet so far, but the seats can get real uncomfortable on long drives. And don’t even get me started on the electronic choke! It’s driving me nuts. Some things just need a good ol’ fix or upgrade. Gotta keep on top of it!

I’ve had a 2016 Acura ILX in Cali for a few years now. Common probs I faced were HVAC issues and some electrical glitches. suspension felt a bit tuff on the rough roads too. Not the worst ride, but kinda annoying with those quirks. Good luck!

I’ve been driving my '16 Acura ILX up and down the Pacific Northwest, and while it’s generally solid, there are a few quirks. I’ve noticed issues with the A/C not always working right, causing a mess in hot months. And don’t get me started on the CVT — its performance can be hit or miss. Still, for the most part, it was a decent buy. Anyone else ran into these?

I’ve owned a 2016 Acura ILX in Georgia, and the transmission issues drove me nuts! Stuttering at stops and jerking during acceleration, it gets frustrating, ya know? Suspension feels rough after a few years too. Anyone else having their share of trouble?

I’ve noticed in NYC, the 2016 Acura ILX had hiccuppy temp control. Service center’d to it, but still odd shifts. Battery died twice too! Might just be luck, but worth checking. Others had the same probs?

I’ve got a 2016 Acura ILX here in Florida, and I’ve heard from buddies up in Canada about some common issues too. The transmission’s been a real pain—jerky shifting at times. Then there’s the weird dashboard light that turns on for no reason. Battery problems too, had mine go kaput prematurely. But hey, it drives pretty smooth otherwise! Anyone else dealing with this stuff?

Had probs with the 2016 Acura ILX in Toronto. Steering felt wonky and headlights died like twice, even with full charged battery. Lotta tiny annoyances but engine’s solid. Anyone else? Seen these issues?

I’ve lived in Toronto with my '16 Acura ILX, and the CVT often acts up. Had to get oil changer done more than once. Power steering issues too, heard from other owners in the US. Overall, pretty reliable but those are the nagging quirks.

I’ve had a 2016 Acura ILX in Texas, and the transmission’s been finicky. Sometimes it just stops shifting smoothly. Thought it was just a quirk but others had the same issues. Supposed to be reliable, right? Haha, funny how these things go…
