Is the Honda CRV EX L a good choice for family travel?

So last summer, I took a road trip with my fam in my buddy’s Honda CRV EX L. Let me tell you, it was an experience. The trunk was big enough for our whole luggage, plus snacks for days. And we had the kids in the back, who somehow managed to spill juice everywhere, but that’s another story.

The ride was super comfy though, like we were in our living room on wheels. But I swear, with the way kids fight over the air vent, you’d think it was a wrestling match. We even got to crank up the music, and the sound system wasn’t half bad.

And the fuel economy? Pretty nice for a family ride. Like, we weren’t stopping every two hours to fill up. So, do you think it’s a good fit for a family? Or would a minivan be better for all that?

I ve taken a few road trips with my family in a Honda CRV EX L and honestly its been a great ride. The space is just right for kids car seats and all the snacks.

One time we drove from Toronto to Niagara Falls and had no issues with comfort or storage. It feels safe and handles really well which is a big plus when you have little ones.

Cruising around with my family in a Honda CRV EX L up in Michigan last summer was a vibe. Super spacious for all the snacks and gear plus the kids were comfy in the backseat. The tech features kept everyone entertained on our road trip to the lake. But sometimes I feel like the engine could use a bit more kick especially on those steep hills. Decent option overall.
