Trying to do a maintenance reset on my 2015 Highlander? Thought the manual would have it, but nope. So here’s how I did it. First, made sure I had no important info on my phone since I lost a bunch doing it once before. Plugged the phone into the car and opened the USB accessories app. Navigation tab is where you find ‘Reset’. Selected it and that’s it. But don’t forget, lost all your saved destinations after this. Did you ever find a more straightforward way? And how about you guys, ever lost anything important after a reset?
