so, my 2015 f150’s been making this weird popping noise from the intake while idling. at first, i thought i was just hearing things, but then it got louder. it’s like, what the heck, right?
i remember my buddy had a similar issue with his truck, said it was some vacuum leak or something. But i don’t wanna jump to conclusions. could it be a bad hose or maybe something in the throttle body? i mean, it would be nice if the truck just let me know what’s wrong instead of playing these games.
also, sometimes it feels like it’s losing power a bit. like, maybe it’s just trying to make a new sound or something? anyone else dealt with this?
just trying to figure out if it’s serious or if i can keep driving it like this. it’s my daily, so i can’t have it making weird noises.
