What is the windshield replacement cost for 2019 Toyota Camry XSE?

so the other day, I was driving my 2019 Camry and, boom, a rock flies up outta nowhere and cracks my windshield. like seriously, who knew rocks could be so sneaky?

I checked online and it looks like the cost to replace it can be anywhere from $300 to $800. But that depends on where you go. Some places charge a small fortune, while others are a bit more chill with pricing. Got me wondering, is it worth going for the fancy glass or just stick to the basic one?

Also, do you think insurance covers this kinda stuff? I hope so, cause I’m not tryna pay outta pocket for it. anyone else had a similar experience? what did you end up paying?
