What is the towing capacity of a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk?

so i was thinking about my jeep cherokee trailhawk’s towing capacity. i tried pulling my buddy’s trailer once and wow, it felt pretty solid. the manual says it can tow up to like 3500 pounds, but it depends a lot on what you’re pulling and how you set up the vehicle. i remember adding weight at the back and it made a noticeable difference.

i always make sure the trailer’s lights and brakes are in sync with the jeep. and speaking of that, did you ever have issues with wiring?

it’s cool for smaller jobs, right? and when i was at that camping thing, towing a small boat was no problemo. just gotta keep your eye on the mirrors, trust me.

anyone else try pulling something with a trailhawk? not talking about huge stuff, just curious about how it handles on the daily. and what’s your setup like for towing?
