What is the torque spec f150 axle nut for my 2010 model?

so last summer, I was working on my 2010 F150, trying to change the wheel bearings. I thought I knew what I was doing, but I guess I shouldn’t assume that. lol. I ended up tightening the axle nut way too much, and the whole wheel was wobbling like it was dancing or something.

After some research, I found out that the torque spec is actually 250 ft-lbs. But I was like, are you kidding me? That’s a lot of torque. I wonder if I should’ve bought a torque wrench before I started the job.

Have you guys messed up something similar? What’s the craziest repair story you have? I guess we live and learn right?
