I’ve had my '13 GMC Acadia for years and got stuck doing an oil change last summer in Philly. Always a pain, but she holds about 5.3 quarts, lid from dealership sells for a decent price. Good to know for the next time!
I had a 2013 GMC Acadia in NJ and the oil capacity was a head-scratcher. Ended up at around 6.1 quarts for a full do-over change. Had a buddy who overlooked a pan drain plug last time and well, you know oil and trails don’t mix. Keep those caps tight and your changes neat! Avoid gunk-ups.
I once took my 2013 GMC Acadia to the shop around Cincinnati. The guys there mentioned it holds about 17 quarts of oil. Gave me peace of mind knowing I’m in charge of maintenance! Guess I have to keep tabs on that if I’m to avoid any breakdowns. Really gotta mark my calendar for those oil changes.
I’ve got a 2013 GMC Acadia back in Texas, been driving it for years. The oil capacity’s usually around 5 quarts, but you gotta check for leaks and such. I’ve seen some folks swap oil every 5,000 miles – swear by it, keeps the engine purrin’ smooth. Always good to double-check in the manual though, ya know?
Back in '13, I was working on my GMC Acadia in Vancouver. Had to check the oil cap and I swear, it’s like I was hunting for the answer. Ended up looking at the manual and it said about 5.9 quarts for the V6. Frustrated I was, but glad I didn’t mess up. Finding spots like this, gotta share the wisdom so others don’t mess things up, ya know? Keep those engines happy, my friends!
