What is the oil capacity for a 2009 Honda Accord?

Back in 2010, I had this 2009 Honda Accord in Ohio. I remember checking the manual—it said the oil capacity was around 5 quarts for a full service. I swear when I filled it up, it took forever! Don’t quote me, but there was this neat little little gauge that was super helpful! Such a reliable ride, always made the monthly check-up a breeze! :red_car:

I’ve had my 2009 Honda Accord for years here in Ontario, and I swear if you want smooth rides, keep an eye on the oil! It’s about 5.7 quarts when you’re filling it up for the first time, not including the filter. I remember once, I topped it just right, and my car’s purring like a kitten. Gotta love those moments! Trust me, it makes a heap of difference.

I remember filling up my '09 Honda Accord in Toronto one chilly morning. I’ve always been puzzled about oil capacity, but I think it’s about 4.8 quarts for the engine. It’s not too much to handle when you’re on the road. Always keep a running tab on it, 'cause nobody wants a leaky engine, you know? Bet you’ve had your oil changes, bro!
