What is the difference between Honda Civic 2018 LX and EX?
so, last summer I was looking to get a new car, and I tested a few Hondas. I ended up driving both the 2018 Civic LX and the EX. man, what a diff they were.
the LX is like the base model, and it’s got all the essentials, you know? but then you hop in the EX and it just feels a bit fancier. more like it’s wearing a tuxedo while the LX is chillin in a t-shirt.
But, the LX still has nice features. It’s easy to drive and gets great gas mileage. But then you sit in the EX and it has this big screen and better sound system. Like, who doesn’t want to jam out while driving?
I’m still kinda wondering, is the extra cash for the EX worth it?
anyway, if you’re deciding between them, drive them both. you’ll see what I mean.
I’ve driven both the LX and EX around Seattle and honestly the EX feels way more upscale with that sunroof and upgraded sound system.
But i kinda miss the simplicity of the LX too.
I’ve been driving a 2018 Civic LX for a while now and it’s solid. The EX feels a bit fancier with more tech though.
Both are great but the LX is more basic while the EX has those extra perks. Can’t go wrong with either honestly.
I’ve driven both models and the EX feels a bit more premium.
In Canada I noticed the leather seats and sunroof in the EX really stand out for comfort.
But honestly the LX isn’t bad either.
I remember when I test drove the 2018 Civic EX in Toronto it felt like a little race car with all those extra features. The LX is nice but the sunroof and better sound system in the EX totally sold me.
I mean who doesn’t love a little extra comfort on those long drives
I was driving my friend’s 2018 Civic EX in Toronto last summer and I loved the bigger screen and sunroof compared to the LX. I’ve noticed the LX feels a bit more basic but still reliable.
Honestly both are great rides but the EX just adds a nice touch.
