What is the best trailer brake controller for Jeep Gladiator?

Thinking about getting a trailer brake controller for a Jeep Gladiator huh? Kinda did some digging myself. The Tekonsha P3 and the Reese Cerberus SX come up a lot. I went with the Tekonsha P3 and it been solid. Easy to install, works smoothly with my trailer, never had issues.

Frame that in your mind, how much pulling power do you need? The Reese is pretty advanced, like trailer monitoring tech, but P3 works fine for me without the extra bells and whistles. The Tekonsha’s got the thumb throttle, which I like but and——it’s a preference thing.

And if you’re gonna go fancy, Reese offers lots of features but might pay too much. But hey, it’s your ride, so what’s important to you? Might be worth checking them both out yourself to see what vibe you get with each. What’s your setup like?
