so, like a year ago, my civic started making this weird grinding noise whenever I hit the brakes. I was like, great, just what I needed. Turns out, it was just the brake pads wearing down, but the way they were yelling at me, you’d think they were auditioning for a horror movie. And I was so stressed about it, I almost sold the car.
