So I was looking into the charging options for the 2025 Nissan Leaf, and it’s kinda interesting how they’re evolving. The standard AC charging is still there but it’s improved a lot. I’ve been using it for my older model and it’s super handy. Plus there’s Level 2 charging, which is what most people got at home these days. My buddy got that installed and says it charges his battery 8-12 hours.
And there’s been talk about more fast charging options, you know like DC rapid chargers. They’re planning to have more stations by 2025, which sounds cool if you’re hitting the highway a lot. But then again, some folks wonder about the battery life with too much fast charging.
The new models also have some kind of smart charging feature, but I’m not totally sure how that works. Has anyone tried it yet? And I’m wondering if all this tech will keep the price from creeping up too high. Thoughts?
