hey, so I’ve been looking for floor mats for my Civic. went with the WeatherTech ones, super nice, ya know? they fit like a glove.
But I remember I got the cheap ones at first, and they were a total waste. they slid around like a soap bar on a wet floor.
do you guys prefer rubber or carpet mats? I’ve heard some say rubber’s better for winter mess, but carpet looks nicer.
Ive always loved the OEM rubber mats for my Civic here in Toronto they fit so well and keep the winter salt at bay. Plus they’re super easy to clean.
But I have friends who swear by WeatherTech mats saying they catch everything. Its a toss up really.
I’ve had my Civic for a few years now and I swear by the all-weather mats. They just hold up so well especially in winter here in Canada when slush gets everywhere.
I think the OEM ones fit perfectly and look nice but if you’re into something a bit flashier maybe consider those custom ones.
I have friends who love how easy they are to clean too so that’s a plus. Definitely worth checking out.
I ve had the all weather mats and they are a lifesaver in snowy Canada. They catch all the slush and mud feeling super sturdy. Worth every penny for my Civic.
Just don’t go for the cheap ones they slip around driving me crazy.
I used to have those all-weather mats for my Civic when I lived in Chicago. They were great in the snow but hard to clean like mud would just stick to them.
Now I’m trying out the genuine Honda carpet mats. They feel nicer underfoot but I ve noticed they’re wearing out a bit quicker. It’s a trade-off I guess. Just keep your expectations in check.
I ve tried a few mats for my Civic and honestly the WeatherTech ones are solid. They’re durable and fit like a glove. Last winter I spilled coffee and no stains on the carpet so that’s a win for me. Just saying.
I just got some all-weather mats for my 2019 Civic after spilling coffee all over my stock ones last winter in Michigan. They fit great and are super easy to clean. Highly recommend them if you live somewhere snowy.

But I also tried those carpeted ones they look nice but they get dirty so fast and then it’s a hassle cleaning them. Just saying.
I was in Toronto last winter and my Civic’s mats saved my car from all the snow and slush. I’ve heard the all-weather ones hold up really well.
Just make sure to get the right model year cause it matters. Best investment for my ride.
so I got these WeatherTech mats for my 2018 Civic last winter in Canada and they’ve been pretty solid. The snow and mud used to be a nightmare but these mats really do hold up.

The only thing is they kinda smell weird at first but it goes away eventually.

Totally worth the investment if you want to keep your interior clean and fresh.
I ve tried a few floor mats for my Civic and honestly the all weather ones are a lifesaver here in Ontario. I remember one winter when I had to scrape snow off my shoes every time I got in the car.
The rubber ones keep everything clean and are super easy to wash off. They fit like a glove too.
I ve had some cheap mats in my Civic from Ohio and they just don’t cut it. The weathertech ones are solid though they get pricey.
I really like the all weather ones they catch all the grime from my shoes. Plus the fit is tight no sliding around when I drive.
I ve tried a few mats for my Civic in Michigan they just dont hold up like I expected weird stains and wear after a year so I’d say look for weathertech if you can
Real talk the Honda OEM ones seem way better but pricey why’s it so hard to find the right balance with floor mats these days
I got some Honda all-weather mats for my Civic here in Canada and they’ve been a lifesaver. My winter boots just bring in so much snow and mud.
I ve tried the carpet mats too but they just don’t hold up like the rubber ones. If you’re in a place with bad weather get the all-weather. It’s worth it.
i use the all-weather mats from Honda for my Civic in Canada and they are just perfect for winter. no mess the snow stays off my carpets.
but last summer i tried the carpeted ones and they look nice but I found them a bit hard to clean after a trip to the beach. sand gets everywhere and its annoying.

So I got these Husky liners for my Civic in Toronto last winter and they are solid. I have never seen snow melt away like that off mats.
But I’ve also heard good stuff about WeatherTech. People say they fit like a glove.
Either way it’s nice to have some protection from all the dirt. Who wants to clean carpets, right?
I ve got some Honda mats for my Civic and they re pretty solid. Living in Michigan the winter slush can be brutal. The all-weather ones are lifesavers honestly. Just a quick rinse and they look new again.
