What are the best front splitter options for 2007 honda civic?

so, last summer I finally decided to take the plunge on my 07 Civic and get a front splitter. I remember pulling up to a car meet, and everyone was checking out my ride, and I thought man, I need to up my game.

I ended up going with a simple ABS plastic splitter. Didn’t want to spend too much, but it looked pretty good and gave the front end a sportier vibe. But, a few weeks in, I hit a curb (why are they so sneaky?) and let’s just say it didn’t survive.

Now I’m wondering if going for a carbon fiber one is worth it. Are they really stronger, or just good for showing off? I mean, my wallet says no but my heart says yes, ya know?

What’s been your experience with splitters? Did you regret your choice?

I ve had my 2007 Civic for a few years and decided to go for a splitter last summer. Found a sweet one online that really changed the vibe of my ride.

For me the VIS Racing front splitter was solid. It fit well and held up even during a few comical speed bumps in Michigan.

I love the look but I’ve gotta admit the added downforce is just a bonus.

Looking at the Duraflex options they’re pretty solid if you want that aggressive look.

Just be ready for scrapes in driveways.

I have a 2007 Civic and I tried a few splitters from eBay cheap but they cracked after a month in Chicago winters.

I’ve heard good things about the Seibon carbon fiber ones some guys say they fit like a glove and definitely look slick.

I’ve been rocking a front splitter on my 2007 Civic since last summer here in Seattle. Crazy how much it changes the look of the car. I have the Type R replica and its super low.

But I ve heard mixed reviews on others like the Duraflex ones. I guess it depends on how aggressive you want to go.
