so I’ve been off-roading a lot lately and tried a few lift kits on my f150. the best one that worked for me was the ReadyLift 2.5" kit. it made my truck look tough and cleared obstacles like a champ.
But, I also tried the Rough Country 6” kit, and wow, it made me feel like I was driving a monster truck. you gotta check the alignment after though, or it’ll throw you off.
what lift kits have you all tried? do you think higher is actually better or just for show?

Living in Colorado, I’ve seen some epic off-road adventures with my buddies and their F150s. Honestly, the SoCal Super Trucks kits are solid! They handle trails like a dream. Just excellent performance overall!
I’ve had my F150 lifted with a Fabtech kit for a couple of years now, and it’s been a game changer for off-road in the Rockies. The added clearance really helps over the rough trails! I ve also heard great things about the BDS kits, but I’m sticking with Fabtech for now. Just keep a eye on the alignment after!
