so im thinking about upgrading the exhaust on my 2016 dodge ram 1500. got a few options but not really sure which one’s the best. i remember my buddy went with magnaflow, said it sounded sick and got him a noticeable drop in weight. he was happy. but then again, another friend tried the muffler maker, said it was easy to install but not as loud.
i’m leaning towards more sound but still wondering about the mileage n stuff. and i’ve heard folks cruising down the highway with cat-back systems. do they really make that much difference in sound? anyone here tried a 2.5” exhaust? not too sure if it’s too much or not enough. thoughts?
