i’m leaning towards more sound but still wondering about the mileage n stuff. and i’ve heard folks cruising down the highway with cat-back systems. do they really make that much difference in sound? anyone here tried a 2.5” exhaust? not too sure if it’s too much or not enough. thoughts?

In Mississauga, I’ve tried upgrading my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500’s exhaust. Rolled up on the Loud USA MagnaFlow. Heard a beastly roar and got compliments from every tailgate. No more of that droning muffler sound, y’know? Made a world of difference. Then again, looking for a quieter ride too? Flowmaster Touring is solid, less blare, still rumble. Tailored fit is key!

Lots of good things, though my friend says Borlas still punch above weight. Finding the right exhaust really depends on what vibe you’re after, ya know?

In Denver, I’ve been digging into exhaust options for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. Straight pipes give it that raw growl, but a cat-back system like Borla was solid for that balance of sound and performance - not too shrill. I’ve needed to keep it legal though. My buddy over in Toronto installed a MagnaFlow system, and that sweet exhaust rattle is something else every time he hits the switch. Worth checking out!

I’ve modded my '16 Dodge Ram 1500 with a Flowmaster exhaust back in Pittsburgh. Huge difference in sound, feels beastly! Avoid cheapies, they ain’t worth it. Spent on the good stuff, serious gains all around! You won’t regret getting quality. Heard the Remus is dope too! Saw it on a build down South. Totally worth the bling and growl!

Yeah, I’ve got this buddy in Portland who mods his 2016 Ram 1500 all the time. Says that the Magnaflow dual-tip exhaust gives it some solid growl without turning it into a banshee. For him, it’s all about that sweet spot between sound and performance. Stayed under budget too. Had to replace my muffler, so considered it. Depending on what vibe you want, it could be killer! Keep it real on those open roads!

I’ve been cruisin’ with a MagnaFlow cat-back on my Dodge Rancher in Oregon. It gives a wicked rumble but won’t wake the whole town. Upgraded my ride, went wrong miles smoothe. Any Canadian vets find something better their side?

Back in Texas, I’ve swapped my '16 Ram’s exhaust a couple times. Hawks Performance Exhaust gives a killer sound without breaking the bank—perfect for the streets and hills alike. Love the horsepower boost, too!
