Alright, so got some questions for ya. I just put new bumpers on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Went with the RCI steel bumper because they look like the real deal but don’t cost a fortune. And the fit was on point. What’s your take on RCI? I was thinking the Northstar bumper is good too, but they’re pricier.
My buddy went with some cheap plastic ones, look tacky and don’t feel solid. Not a fan. You guys got any experience with plastic? Maybe someone has a better solution. Want to keep it original, any suggestions?
Anyway, to me RCI is the way to go. Hope this helps!
I’ve had this debate with a buddy in Boise about the best bumpers for his 2017 Chevy Silverado. After hitting a curb hard, we both upgraded. TuffRoad American Series Joker Bumper got mad props for its durability and style, plus that mudflap thing is legit! I’ve toted mine cross-country, and not a scratch. Always a solid choice if you need protection and aggressive looks. Worth the splurge, for sure!
I’ve got a 2017 Chevy Silverado in Denver & had to replace the bumper recently. Went with a Keystone one—solid protection & decent price. It’s looking sharp too! Others swear by Powerflex; they’re legit when it comes to durability. You really wanna keep things tough, though. Mate, it’s all about finding the right balance between looks & strength. What’s your take?
Had a buddy in Texas who fitted his 2017 Chevy Silverado with some Total Attitude bumpers—looked insane and tough. I’ve been eyeing ‘em too since those blingin’ bars really stood out. Def gives a cool, aggressive vibe, especially out here in the Midwest. Totally worth it for the style lift!
I discovered in Phoenix that Rhino-Rack bumpers are solid for my 2017 Chevy Silverado, handles my off-road trips like a champ! Heavy-duty, looks dope too. Not going back to stock once you’ve tried these bad boys!
In FL, I’ve been all about the JDM Customs bumpers for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. They’ve got that sleek look plus durability, ya know? My buddy in TX used a Midwest Industries, says it’s top-notch. But JDM just fits mine like a glove. If you’re in the US thinking of an upgrade, might wanna check those out. Driver safety always!
Growing up in Texas, my dad and I always talked about the best bumpers for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Found that the ARB Bull Bar did wonders, not just for looks but protection too. I’ve seen folks around Nashville rave about the ClassicDraw Extreme Ridge RMS Bumper. It’s all about what you need—style, strength, or both. Definitely mullin’ over those two!
I’ve had great luck with the Trail Country bumpers on my Chevy in Texas. Sturdy, country-style look fits right in with the rest of my ride. You can’t go wrong, especially for off-road versatility. Crewcab style!
I’ve had a 2017 Chevy Silverado for a couple years now, and the UltraSaver steel bumpers are solid. Perfect for daily drives and light off-roading around Colorado—super sturdy. Seen some fancy ones with lights, but cost a bomb. I’d say go with styles for durability rather than bling-bling features. It’s all about that rugged vibe here!
I’ve been cruising around Southern California with my '17 Silverado and man, those SKY Kennel drop-in bumpers are boss! Super sleek look and the LED lights are sick. I’ve seen folks rave about American Racing, but I’ve got to say, SKY’s the way to go for me. Plus, they’re dead easy to install. Reliable, easy on the pocket, and makes the truck look amazeballs! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve got this bad boy in Texas, and the Rhino Rack bumpers are unbeatable – sturdy as a hog trap! Saw a few sagging after birth too. Yeehaw!
I’ve had good luck with the Walkerbilt Low Induction with my 2017 Chevy Silverado in Texas. Fits perfect, gives ride control—love how it handles on the highway. Keeps my truck protected and looking sharp. Highly recommend for anyone in my area!
In Denver, I’ve seen a ton of '17 Silverados rocking those inexpensive steel bumpers from BumperMart. They look legit and fit snug, man! No issues with fitting or durability. Definitely worth checking out. Plus, they hold up against our rocky terrain like a champ! Totally nailed it for price and performance.
I’ve been cruisin’ through Canada with my '17 Chevy Silverado, and these 3x3 Mag Sliders are beast-mode. Unlike my first bumper, they survived a gnarly tree branch during a snowstorm. Totally worth the cash and gives my truck a wicked look. Getting compliments left an’ right — totally solid choice!
I’ve been up and down the USA for over a decade, and when it comes to bumpers for my 2017 Chevy Silverado, Texas proved to me that RAM Bumper Tech’s are solid. I’ve seen guys swap them out and they handle those unexpected bumps and scrapes like a champ! If you’re looking for something rugged and reliable, this is the kicker. My buddy tried steel bumpers elsewhere but trucks kept looking rough. Gang, don’t mess around with cheap stuff!
I’ve got this buddy in Ontario who swears by the MaxxBilt deflectors. He installed em on his 2017 Chevy Silverado, rave reviews! Combines style with protection and didn’t budge in the snowstorm last winter! I’ve got a pair for my ride soon, just based on his tip. Seems legit! Never that easy to impress a grouchy mechanic!
Back in my neck of the woods in Colorado, I’ve been on the hunt for the best bumpers for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I went with the Cararma Stage 0 front bumper—super sturdy and stylish, and it didn’t break the bank either. Noticed quite the difference on both looks and functionality. If you dig a hard-working truck that’s also street-ready, these bumpers are a solid bet. My rig’s turned heads at the local husky pulls too!
I have a buddy in Texas who slapped on some Ironman bumpers on his 2017 Chevy Silverado. He’s been super stoked, says they’ve held up like a boss through all the potholes and dusty trails!
I’ve been driving up to Banff in my '17 Silverado, and let me tell ya, getting the right bumpers makes a huge diff. I went for the Wintech Steel Sleeper Series, totally beefed up look, and they’re solid too. I mean, when you’ve got rocks n stuff hitting ya at those speeds, gotta have sturdiness. Plus, the fit was a breeze. BTW, the gantry look is sick! Anyone tried those here in BC?
When I got my '17 Chevy Silverado in Dallas, I was lowkey stressed about finding the right bumpers. After trying a few, Rugged Ridge and American Bull Bar really stood out. They’re beefy enough to handle Texas potholes and give that badass look. Plus, they’re rated for towing which is clutch. Had a bit of dust in installation, but totally worth it for durability and style. No regrets, my ride stands out everywhere I go. Total game changer!
