What are common issues with a 2006 Nissan Frontier crew cab?

Had some issues with my 2006 Nissan Frontier crew cab. First off, the check engine light pops up a lot. Anyone else have this? Noticed some transmission hiccups, too, like it doesn’t change gears smoothly. Also, battery died a few times already. Just had to jump-start it. Oil leaks around engine too, anyone know where that might come from?

The infotainment system kinda acts up, especially when you plug your phone in. Maybe it’s just old tech? But hey, it’s a truck, not a spaceship. Anyone else have cool fixes for these? And yeah, sometimes, the AC just gives out. Anyone else find a way to deal with that? Thx for any advice.
