Is the 2009 honda civic si hfp kit with lip worth the investment
so I remember when I had a 2009 civic si, and I was looking for ways to make it look cooler. I stumbled across the hfp kit with the lip and thought, “man, that’s gonna turn heads.” when I finally got it, it was like putting on a new pair of shoes. But I didn’t just want to look good, I wanted to feel good driving it too.
after installing it, the car looked sick, but I kinda felt like the lip was a bit low. It’s like, one wrong speed bump and you’re playing a risky game. But I get it, aesthetics right?
the real question is, does it really add value? I mean, I didn’t see a huge difference in performance, but it definitely turned some heads at the meets.
so, was it worth it? if you wanna look flashy, maybe. But if you’re in it for the speed, you might wanna save your cash for a turbo instead. what do you guys think?
