Is the 2008 toyota rav 4 spare tire cover easy to install?
so the other day, I was out at this park and my buddy noticed that my spare tire cover was looking kinda rough. I’m like, dude, I know right? It was time for a new one. So I ordered one online, thinking it would be a breeze to slap on.
But when it arrived, I was like wait, how do I even do this? Took me a solid 15 mins of staring at it like it was a puzzle. Turns out, the install is pretty simple once you figure it out, just some clips and you’re good to go. But why do they make it feel like rocket science sometimes?
I had to call my buddy to help, and we ended up doing it while having a laugh over how we could mess up something so simple. Have any of you gone through this? Or is it just me making a deal outta nothing?
I have a 2008 RAV4 and put on the spare tire cover last summer in the driveway. It took me like 10 minutes tops. So easy even my dog sat there like a champion cheering me on.
It fits snug and looks nice honestly I liked how it transformed the back end. Definitely recommend if you like simple fixes.
had to put my spare tire cover on last summer in Ontario and it was pretty straightforward I have to say. just some clips and a little muscle and bam it was on. the fit was snug too so no flapping around which is nice.
I’ve put a spare tire cover on my 2008 RAV4 and honestly it was pretty simple had it done in under 10 minutes. Just line it up and snap it on really not much to it.
Don’t overthink it just give it a go.
I ve done it a few times out here in Oregon and it was pretty straightforward just a few clips and you’re done. Can’t say it took long at all.
