Living in the Rockies, I’ve seen both sides. The stock bumper does the job, but after a rough trail run, I’ve been tempted to upgrade. An aftermarket bumper offers better protection and looks way cooler! It’s def worth the extra investment if you take your F150 off-road often. Just my two cents!
Living out in Colorado, I’ve seen a ton of F150s with aftermarket bumpers, and honestly, it really changes the look and feel of the truck. I ve upgraded mine, and it definitely feels sturdier and offers better protection for off-roading. That said, I can see how some might not want to drop the cash. Just depends on how you use your truck, I guess!
I’ve got a 2021 F150 here in Ontario, and I swapped my stock bumper for an aftermarket one last summer. Best decision! It looks way cooler, and I’ve noticed better protection off-roading. Just be cautious with the weight; it can affect your towing capacity. Totally worth it if you like customizing your ride!
I ve upgaded my F150 bumper to a nice aftermrket one here in Texas. Totally worth it! It gave my truck a tougher look and added extra protection.
