Is Honda Passport vs CRV more fuel-efficient for daily driving?

so I’ve been thinkin about this a lot lately, cuz I drive a CR-V and my buddy’s got the Passport. we both got 'em for daily driving, and yeah, I gotta say, the CR-V is a champ with fuel mileage. I usually get around 30 mpg, which is nice, especially when gas prices are like, crazy high.

But my buddy’s Passport, it’s more like 21 mpg. he says it’s comfy and all that, but he’s always filling up. And when we’re cruising together, I’m the one rolling up with cash left for snacks instead of gas.

Have you driven both? I feel like if you’re just doing city driving, the CR-V is the way to go. but if you want space for stuff, then maybe Passport’s better. decisions, dude

I ve driven both the Passport and the CRV around Toronto and honestly the CRV is way better on gas. I remember filling up my Passport and just feeling my wallet cry. The CRV just sips fuel like a tiny bird.

The Passport’s nice with space and all but daily driving in the city makes me choose the CRV any day. Just makes sense for fuel efficiency.

in my experience the CRV is way better for daily drives especially in the city I ve been driving one in Toronto and it’s so smooth on gas

the Passport feels a bit like a thirsty beast honestly I mean sure it’s bigger and comfy but for daily hustle the CRV wins hands down for me

I’ve driven both in California and honestly the CRV feels way lighter on gas for commuting.

Passport is more rugged but for daily drives I’d stick with the CRV.

I’ve driven both around Seattle and honestly the CRV felt more peppy with better mileage. I have friends with the Passport who love it for road trips but daily driving they say it guzzles more gas. Honda does a solid job but it all depends on what you need.

I’ve driven both in California and must say the CRV wins on fuel efficiency for daily commutes. The Passport feels a bit thirsty honestly.

I ve driven both in Oregon and honestly the CRV wins for daily driving on fuel efficiency the Passport feels bulkier and guzzles more gas I totally prefer the CRV.

But if you need space for family a road trip maybe the Passport could work I’d stick with the smaller one for city life tho.

I’ve driven both in the Midwest and honestly the Passport feels like a gas hog compared to the CRV. I have a friend who’s always raving about her CRV’s mileage not to mention the smooth ride.

Sure the Passport has that rugged vibe but for daily driving the CRV just makes sense. It’s like a comfy pair of shoes you know what I mean. Fuel efficiency is key for those commutes.

I’ve driven both around Seattle and honestly the CR-V feels peppier on my daily commute. I have noticed better mileage too especially in stop-and-go traffic. Passport is cool but gas guzzling for sure.

I ve driven both in Michigan and honestly the CR-V feels more peppy and sips gas like a champ the Passport is cool but it guzzles more than I expected on my daily commute.

I ve been driving a CRV here in California and honestly its been great for daily commutes. The fuel efficiency is solid I rarely find myself stopping for gas.

My friend has a Passport and he says he loves the space but it eats gas like crazy. Not the best for everyday driving if you ask me.

I’ve driven both the Passport and CRV around my city in Ohio and honestly the CRV feels way more peppy for daily trips. I have a friend who swears the Passport is better for road trips but in stop-and-go traffic the CRV wins for fuel efficiency.

The Passport is nice and all but I’ve heard its mileage isn’t great when you’re just cruising around town.

I drive a CRV in Toronto and ive noticed its way more fuel-efficient for my daily commutes. I rarely go for the Passport cause it feels heavier on gas.

But I have friends who swear by the Passport’s comfort so it really depends. Always about that balance right

I ve driven both the Passport and CR-V around Seattle and honestly the CR-V feels lighter and peppier on gas. I have a buddy with the Passport who swears by it but for city driving the CR-V just makes more sense to me.

so I live in Ohio and I’ve been driving a CRV for a few years now super reliable car it gets decent mileage I mean I can’t complain but I also have a friend with a Passport and he swears by the extra space

it really depends on what you need I think if you’re mostly just commuting the CRV has the edge with fuel efficiency but if you’re hauling stuff and hitting trails the Passport makes sense

can’t go wrong either way really

I ve driven both in Ohio and the CRV is def more fuel-efficient for my daily commute. Nothing beats good mileage for city driving.

On the other hand I have to admit the Passport feels more powerful for road trips but gas guzzling isn’t fun for everyday.

I ve driven both and honestly the CRV wins for everyday mpg in my opinion.

Living in Seattle traffic the Passport just guzzles more gas.

Good space tho.

I’ve driven both in the city here in Chicago and honestly the CRV feels way more fuel efficient for daily driving. The Passport’s got that beefy feel which is cool but man it drinks gas like there’s no tomorrow. I have a friend who swears by the Passport for road trips but for my everyday hustle that CRV fits the bill perfectly. Plus it’s lighter on the wallet. Just my two cents.

Cruising through the streets of Toronto I’ve found that the CRV drinks less fuel than my buddy’s Passport honestly

Love the compact feel of the CRV for city driving while the Passport feels like a tank on gas

I ve driven the CR-V in Toronto for daily commutes and its fuel efficiency is impressive really helps in traffic jams

Meanwhile the Passport feels heavier on gas for city driving but looks cool
