How reliable is the 27 ecoboost f150 compared to others?

so i’ve had my 2017 F150 with the 2.7 EcoBoost for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been pretty solid. Compared to other trucks, it’s lighter on gas than my buddy’s old V8. I mean, who really wants to spend all their cash at the pump, right? But, I do wonder if the turbo can take the heat when towing heavy stuff.

I’ve pulled my camper with it a few times, and it felt like a piece of cake. the power is there, but sometimes I hear people say the smaller engines struggle.
