How does the stock exhaust sound on a 14 f150?

so, i just got a 2014 f150 a few months ago and was curious about the stock exhaust. you know, like, how it sounds compared to my buddy’s tricked out one with the fancy pipes. the first time i fired it up, it kinda surprised me. it’s not super loud or anything, but it has that nice low rumble.

i remember driving it to work and someone asked if i had a performance exhaust. but nah, just the stock one doing its thing.

i’ve heard some people say it sounds like a vacuum cleaner, just not true. like, does it have the best sound? no, but it’s not bad for a truck. anyone else have thoughts on it? do you think i should keep it stock or get an upgrade?

Driving through the streets of Toronto I thought maybe I needed something louder but it fits for daily driving

You can hardly hear it when cruising but it has a nice growl when you really step on it

Not bad for a stock setup

i ve heard it around town in Texas and honestly it sounds kinda bland nothing special just a typical truck sound you hear everywhere kinda forgettable really

also noticed some guys love it but I don’t get what’s hype about it guess sound is subjective huh

Not super loud but enough to know you’re driving something meaty.

Just a steady growl you know nothing crazy but sometimes that’s nice too.

riding in my buddy’s 14 F150 down in Texas I’ve gotta say the stock exhaust is just okay it has a nice deep tone but nothing too crazy feels like it fits the truck but it doesnt really turn heads or anything I mean if you want that growl you’ll need to upgrade or add a muffler or something but its not bad for daily driving I guess

I was driving mine down to the coast last summer and I hardly noticed it I mean if you’re looking for that deep growl you might be a bit disappointed but it does the job for cruising around town
