How does the 2022 honda civic interior compare to previous models?

so, i recently got to check out the 2022 honda civic when my buddy bought one and wow, it’s a whole different vibe in there compared to my old 2018 model. i mean, the dash is super clean and looks futuristic or something, like they took design notes from a spaceship.

the seats are way comfier too, like, did they add extra marshmallows or what? and the tech? i swear there’s more screens than a movie theater. i felt like i needed a degree just to figure out the radio. but then again, i’m not the most techy person, so maybe that’s just me.

i wonder if everyone feels this way when they step into the new model. does anyone else think it looks like they tried to blend a sporty look with a cozy feel? it’s like honda couldn’t decide if they wanted to be your friend or your race car driver. anyway, just thought i’d share my little experience. makes me wanna upgrade, but i gotta figure out how to afford that first.

I remember sitting in the 2022 Honda Civic at a dealership in Toronto and thinking wow this feels really upscale compared to my old Civic from 2016. The materials used are way better like soft touches everywhere.

But then I miss the simplicity of the previous models which had that charm you know. It’s fancy now but I’ve got mixed feelings about lose of character.

Ive sat in the new Civic and wow it feels more upscale than my old 2018 model. Everything feels nice surprisingly quiet too. The layout is modern and clean. Did they really need to ditch the physical knobs though

I have a 2020 Civic and honestly the 2022 feels like a leap. The materials are better and theres more tech. I find myself lingering in the car just to enjoy it like a tiny living room on wheels.
