so, I recently tried to put red DRL lights on my Civic. honestly thought it’d be a piece of cake. but boy, was I wrong. first off, you’ll want to get the right lights. I bought some online that looked good, but they didn’t fit. like, who designed these things?
next, you gotta pop the hood and figure out where to put ‘em. I swear, it took me twenty minutes just to find the right wires. and then I realized I was using the wrong connectors. that was fun.
have you ever tried to connect wires in the dark? not easy. anyway, once I got it, they looked sick. just make sure to check local laws, or you might get pulled over for being too flashy. what’s your experience been like?
ive had a love/hate relationship with DRLs on my Civic I put red ones on my 2018 back in Toronto and it looked sick but man getting them wired properly was a nightmare
I ve basically spent hours on YouTube videos trying to piece it all together crazy stuff
totally worth it tho when you hit the street at night it turns heads but you gotta stay on top of the local laws they can be picky about colors
I ve installed those on my Honda Civic before they look cool at night but hard to wire properly in New York.
Just make sure you read the manual well.

I’ve been thinking of adding red DRL lights to my Civic it would look so cool cruising through the streets of Toronto. Last summer I tried putting LED strips on my bike and it was a total mess but the final look was sick so maybe I’ll have better luck with the car.
