How do I install plastic rockers on my 2011 Ford F150 ext cab?

hey, so I recently put plastic rockers on my 2011 F150 ext cab. honestly, it was a bit of a pain at first. I watched a bunch of YouTube vids and they made it look super easy, but mine ended up being a bit tricky.

I had to take off some old parts and, man, it was like a puzzle I didn’t wanna solve. but once I got going, it was cool to see the new ones fit. did you ever do a project like that, where you thought it’d be fast, but it’s not?

Ive done this on my 2012 F150 and it was simple had the right tools in my garage in Texas. Just watch a few videos before starting and you’ll be fine.

I really loved how they looked after. Makes the truck pop.

You just need the right tools and a good playlist to keep things moving smoothly or else it gets boring fast

well I remember when I did this on my old beater in Texas thought it was gonna be a nightmare but it was pretty chill actually took me about half a day some stubborn bolts but once i got past that the plastic rockers just popped in place

Just make sure you got the right tools ready like a socket set and maybe a good old jack for support I ve seen plenty of folks struggle when they ain’t prepped enough

I ve done this before on my buddy’s F150 in Michigan and wow what a process

First step was getting those old rockers off which was a pain but makes a huge difference

Just take your time and don’t rush it like we did or you’ll end up with a mess

Those plastic rockers really help with rust too.

I ve installed plastic rockers on my cousin’s 2011 F150 out in Texas once and it was a bit of a hassle honestly. Take your time with the clips they can be stubborn like that one time I tried to open a jar of pickles.

Just watch out for rust underneath too cause that can surprise ya. Not the smoothest job but for the price it works so hey it’s not all bad.

ive done this on my buddy’s truck in Texas and it was pretty straightforward just took some elbow grease and a few snacks lol the end result looked sick
