How do I install a trunk filler panel honda civic?

so, putting in a trunk filler panel on a honda civic is kinda easy, but trust me, it’s messy sometimes. I tried it once and my hands were covered in grease. first, you gotta take off the old panel. use a screwdriver, but make sure not to lose any screws.

then, just fit in the new one like a puzzle piece. but be careful, it doesn’t always align perfect. have you ever had to wrestle with something that just won’t cooperate? that was me, cursing at my car for half an hour. it’s worth it in the end, your trunk will look clean.

I ve done this on my 04 Civic in Canada and it was a bit tricky but not too bad I just used some basic tools and followed a guide I found online

Wish I had a buddy to help me though it woulda made it way easier

Ive done this on my 2004 Civic up here in Canada and man what a headache it was. First off you gotta take out the trunk liner which is a whole thing in itself. Once that’s out the filler panel just slides in pretty easy.
