How can I prevent my 2018 civic si coupe from being stolen?

yo, so my buddy had his civic stolen last summer and it was just sad. I mean, who does that? Anyway, I started thinking about how to keep my 2018 Si safe. So, I got this steering wheel lock, super annoying for thieves. But it kinda makes me feel like a super spy, right?

also, try parking in well-lit areas and don’t leave anything valuable inside. like, do people think leaving a laptop in plain sight is a good idea? and what about alarms? seems like a waste of cash, but maybe not. got any other tips?

I ve had my 2018 Si for a year now and man its sweet but theft vibes are real in Chicago. I always park in well-lit areas and I got a steering wheel lock.

It’s a bit old-school but hey anything helps right? Just gotta keep it safe.

I ve been super paranoid since my buddy lost his Civic in downtown LA.

Seriously consider a good steering wheel lock or maybe even a GPS tracker.

Better safe than sorry right

I ve heard stories about people losing their Civics in the blink of an eye. I live in Toronto and thefts happen way too often.

Steering wheel locks might sound old school but they’re a visible deterrent. I have a friend who swears by his GPS tracker too. Just makes sense to be cautious with such a sweet ride.

I ve always worried about my car getting stolen especially my 2018 civic si in the city. I remember last year a buddy of mine lost his ride right in front of a coffee shop.

You gotta think smart tho like maybe get a steering wheel lock or a good alarm system. Also parking in well-lit areas helps a ton. I always double-check my locks after I park it’s just a habit now.

I once parked my Civic Si outside a coffee shop in Toronto and nearly lost it. Gotta say a kill switch is my best friend. Keeps that feeling of anxiety at bay.

I ve got a 2018 Civic Si Coupe too and man those things are eye candy for thieves. In Seattle I parked mine in a garage but even then I added a steering wheel lock just in case. Better safe than sorry right?

Had a buddy in Seattle who lost his Civic to a thief while he was grabbing coffee for like five minutes. Super annoying right? I’ve tried a bunch of things to keep my ride safe like steering wheel locks and parking it in well-lit areas. I even use a GPS tracker hidden in the car. It’s a bit paranoid but better safe than sorry. Hope this helps a bit.

I have a 2017 Civic and got a steering wheel lock just in case. Felt silly at first but now I’m glad I did. Parking in Seattle was a wild ride huh

I’ve read tracking devices are solid too. Just a little extra peace of mind ya know. Can’t believe how quick some thieves are these days. Good luck out there

I have a 2017 civic and it got stolen in Seattle last year

maybe consider a GPS tracker I ve heard they help a lot

I’ve parked my Civic Si in downtown Toronto and I always freak out about it getting swiped. I ve invested in a good steering wheel lock too. Never too careful right? Just makes me anxious sometimes

last summer I parked my si at a mall and freaked out thinking it was stolen

I ve heard steering wheel locks work pretty good too

last summer I parked my Civic Si at a grocery store in Calgary for like 20 minutes and when I came back I had a heart attack imagining it was stolen

a good alarm system and steering wheel lock helped me sleep better since then

also a tracking device so if it gets taken I can maybe find it

I’ve heard those are lifesavers

I live in Toronto and had my old civic almost stolen once it was super close I ve since used a steering wheel lock and a good alarm I find it really helps deter thieves plus it gives me peace of mind

Also parking in well-lit areas is key I’ve noticed a huge difference since then

I ve had my 2018 Civic Si for a while parked in Toronto and it’s always on my mind honestly I invested in a good steering wheel lock and a GPS tracker keeps me semi calm at night.

Also it’s crazy how many people ignore basic security stuff like just locking the doors or parking in well lit areas come on people.

I ve heard of people using steering wheel locks in Canada they really do add an extra layer of protection.

Also parking in well lit areas helps a lot my friend had his car stolen from a dark lot once.
