How can I access the factor abs module 2005 f150 as built file?

so, last week I was messing around with my 2005 F150, trying to figure out why my ABS light won’t turn off. You know how it is, you’re just cruising along and suddenly, boom, warning lights. So I thought maybe if I could access the as built file, I could figure it out, right?

But then, I realized I have no clue how to find that file. I tried googling it like it was a treasure map, but all I found was a bunch of dudes talking about other stuff. Got me thinking, is it even possible to get that file without spending a fortune at a dealer?

And like, does anyone have tips or tricks they used when they were in the same boat? I feel kinda lost here. Any help would rock.
