Has anyone fixed a 2015 f150 popping noise from intake at idle?

so, I’ve been dealing with this annoying popping noise from my 2015 f150 at idle. it sounds like a popcorn machine going off in my engine bay. I tried some quick fixes, like tightening the intake hoses and checking for leaks, but no luck.

my buddy said it might be the intake manifold, and I was like, really? I don’t wanna dive into that if I don’t have to. anyone else figured this out?

but I also read something about the vacuum lines causing issues too. it’s wild how many things can go wrong with a truck.

should I just embrace the popcorn sounds or is there a legit fix out there?
